Greenville coroner identifies victim of fatal shooting that injured two others

The Greenville County Coroner's Office identified the victim of a deadly shooting that killed one person and injured two other people.

Greenville County deputies are on the scene at the Signature Pointe Apartments on Emily Lane in Piedmont. We're told several people were shot and injured just before 4:30 Saturday morning.

Deputies were called to a disturbance soon after. Investigators say they found three people with at least one gunshot wound. One of those people died from their injury. We're told all three are adults.

The coroner identified the deceased as 64-year-old Lewis Anthony Polk.

Deputies say they believe everyone involved in the shooting has been accounted for. They say they are not looking for other suspects. They'll release more information as the investigation continues.
